Project Bamboo Workshop 3 is drawing to a close.
There were a lot of interesting presentations and a definite focusing of the goals and directions in the workshops over the last few days. My personal highlight was the presentations associated with the demonstrator projects. The list of demonstrators is on the project wiki. The SEASR demonstrator had two services that were particularly interesting; export to FEDORA, export to MONK functions. The SEASR demonstrator for MONK, in the future, will incorporate NUIT A&RT’s Phil Burn “Morphadorn” program, and the name of NU Professor Martin Muller as a principal source of the ideas and directions of MONK were frequently invoked here.
