NUAMPS video production is steaming ahead full-force this month. We have acquired a new fleet of Panasonic HVX 200 cameras, and now we’re putting them to the test with a non-stop week of production. This week’s shoot schedule includes acquisition for the 2008 Annual Patterson Transportation Lecture; The Florence Kelley project; The School of Continuing Studies 75th Anniversary; and the Searle Center Research Symposium on Insurance Markets and Regulation. We’ve got a lot of new material on its way in-house, but we’re pleased to be sending some featured projects out the door this week as well. We have finished cuts for two new original programs for University Relations and the Big Ten Network featuring exciting concerts performed on campus in March- the Faculty Recital and the NUSO Student Showcase, with performances by the 2007 concerto competition winners. It was a real treat to produce these two programs this spring, and have the opportunity to interact with some of the wonderfully talented students and faculty in the School of Music. We think the shows are both great successes, and we send our sincere thanks to everyone involved!
