NUAMPS in conjunction with Northwestern University Relations and the Northwestern University Library is proud to announce the launch of the Northwestern University App for the iPhone. Developed in partnership with Blackboard Mobile, the app delivers mobile access to University information for news, events, campus maps, a mobile directory, library resources, images, videos and athletics.
Along with a native app available free of charge at the Apple App store, the app is accessible via WAP presentation for other mobile devices with a native Blackberry application soon to follow (available by the RIM App World).
The application is the result of a rapid development and fluid collaboration across a broad spectrum of the University including University Relations, the University Library, and Northwestern University Information Technologies. NUAMPS was proud to have spearheaded the coordination among its colleagues and partners around the University and we look forward to improving, and expanding the mobile experience for the University.
