RoomReady is a progressive web app for simplifying a team’s workflow when checking on supported rooms.

Teams can manage a list of their supported rooms, checklists, and users in the Smartsheet platform, which the RoomReady web app accesses in order to create custom reporting forms for each room. The app automatically sends issue reports to the appropriate team in the Northwestern IT Help Desk ticketing system.
