On September 9, 2008, I gave a presentation, along with Bob Davis and Jack Linehan, on our uses of Adobe Acrobat Connect Pro. This service allows us to send audio, video, content and more using a web browser supported by Flash technology.

Most recently, it was used to broadcast the annual Oncofertility Consortium Conference to their Board of Governors as well as the NIH Program Officers of the Oncofertility grant. We also use Connect Pro in support of their quarterly virtual grand rounds.Our use of Connect Pro has grown and expanded into Academics with it’s integration into Blackboard, the NUIT online education service, as well as internal administrative uses to facilitate training with our new Qatar campus.
