CaeNDR

The C. elegans Natural Diversity Resource (CaeNDR) application accepts, organizes, distributes and processes research data to facilitate the study of natural C. elegans nematode strains.

CaeNDR is built from multiple python/flask modules containerized with docker and distributed/run on Google Cloud Platform. The site module is the core and face of the application. Users can view, browse and download existing data on the site, purchase strains from an extensive catalog, and upload new data that triggers modules for calculating heritability, finding pairwise indels and mapping genomic associations. Admin functionality also allows for data processing with the ETL operations module, user management and module version selection.
